The Fast Casual Alliance is charged with the responsibility of developing a strong fast casual restaurant executive community devoted to improving the fast casual segment. The special projects listed here are based on committee selection for the board and interested parties to the fast casual segment. Industry Relations Committee
State and regional association outreach, board member and alliance member recruitment. Panel presentations at NRA, California, Texas and Florida Restaurant Shows.

Industry Report Committee
Responsible for the State of the Industry Report content, survey questions and execution of survey.

Operators Committee
Provides education, Five star experience awareness, and reach out to Operating Community and define priority areas, best practice resources.

Education Committee
Provides content for Fast Casual webinars, Summit, Best practices, and restaurant show presentations. Provides access to educational resources to Operating Community.

NRA Committee
Liaison between the Fast Casual Board and the NRA. Organizes and participates in NRA lobbyist trip.

Assists the Board and the alliance with consumer driven data with regards to our initiatives. Channeling valuable information between Vendor and Operating Communities.
